Return of Standard Products
Return requests for standard products that are offered for sale and have not been manufactured or customized specifically for the customer are evaluated based on the condition of the product, its characteristics, delivery status, and the applicable sales terms.

Products requested to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Customized Products and Services
Cancellation and return conditions for the following products and services that are specifically prepared or supplied according to customer requirements are determined in the relevant quotation or agreement:

• CNC retrofit projects
• Robotic automation systems
• Custom engineering services
• Software and integration projects
• Equipment specially ordered for the customer
• Custom-manufactured products

If engineering, production, purchasing, procurement, or other project-related processes have already commenced, the costs incurred may be deducted from the cancellation or refund amount.

Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation if the order has not yet entered the preparation, procurement, or production process.

Cancellation requests are reviewed by CNCRobo, and the customer will be informed of the outcome following the evaluation.

Refunds
If a cancellation or return request is approved, the refund will, where possible, be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

The time required for the refund to be reflected in the customer’s account may vary depending on banking and payment processing procedures and may be beyond CNCRobo’s control.

Commercial Agreements
